he is	he's	il est	s'emploie pour un homme	1 seule forme en anglais, 3 formes en français
she is	she's	elle est	s'emploie pour une femme
it is	it's	il/elle est	s'emploie pour un objet/un animal
we are	we're	nous sommes
you are	you're	vous êtes	même forme que pour "tu", le tutoiement étant propre au français
they are	they're	ils sont

Pour apprendre plus facilement, on remarquera qu'on utilise ARE pour toutes les formes du pluriel.

I, YOU, HE, SHE, IT, WE, THEY sont des pronoms personnels.

AM, IS et ARE sont les trois formes conjuguées au présent de l'auxiliaire BE.
